Cant say enough nice things about the Dr.s and Staff at this location. Friendly and always helpful. They take care of my dogs as if they were their own. Will not take my business anywhere else. Thank you East Bay Acme!!!
We have had a few emergencies come up over the years and this is still my dog's favorite place to go! All I have to do is ask her if she wants to go see the girls in the office, by name no less, and she runs to the door just as happy as can be. Everyone there is so knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. We can't ask for more than that.
My wife and I took our Great Pyrenees in for end of life evaluation. The entire staff was very caring and understanding. We did decide to end his life as there was not much medical hope of restoring quality of life. Dr. Dana did an evaluation with a thorough explanation so we could make a decision that was best for the animal. I cannot say enough good about this clinic for helping us through this process. Their pet end of life process is commendable.
My huskies are well cared for and they have the best interest in making my dogs comfortable during their visits. Super knowledable and happy to share any information that is needed.
Dr. Dana and Beth and crew are the BEST!! Have been taking my almost 12 year old schnauzer to them for years speaking with Dr. Dana is like going to a class at vet school she takes the time to explain everything it is with a heavy heart we had are last visit as Greta and I are moving south .
